My work sits at the boundary between product strategy and execution. That sometimes means shipping features. It also means shaping how teams think about a problem before anyone opens a design tool. I thrive in environments that value collaboration, ownership, is outcome focussed, and fun.
In my free time, playing tennis, taking on complex baking projects, practising latte art, and playing the drums bring me joy.

I worked alongside Sai as a fellow designer, and his design reviews were some of the best I have ever been a part of. What made them special was how intentional he was. He always came in understanding the designer's goals first, which meant his feedback never felt like critique for its own sake. It felt like a conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to help you get to the best solution. His questions were consistently framed from the user's perspective, and they had a way of cutting right to the heart of what mattered without ever making you feel like you missed something obvious.
Beyond the feedback itself, Sai had a calm presence that made the room feel safe. Sai combines deep customer empathy and strong systems thinking with a very practical sense of how teams actually get work done. I’ve seen this firsthand in our AI work, where he turned a fuzzy set of ideas into something genuinely actionable. He built structured frameworks and behavior specs so the team could ideate, align, and iterate with more rigor instead of jumping straight into screens. His agent design spec framework contributions (intent mapping, decision boundaries, response architecture, behavioral scenarios, and a real testing model) are now a starting reference for the whole team as we figure out what it means to design AI-native products, not just AI-sprinkled ones.
He’s also doing the hands-on work that proves the patterns he helped establish. With his contributions to Drata's TPRM features, he’s shaped the future of one of our most strategic agentic experiences, and he’s pushing himself on a modern, AI-assisted prototyping stack to bring those ideas to life faster.
